ICTMS Divisions

Business Solutions and Services Development Division (BSSDD)

responsible for the development, change management and enhancement of information systems that supports the operations and services of the Department; provides technical assistance to internal customers for the conduct of business process and requirements analysis and identification of solutions responsive to the business owner’s needs.
leads and supports enterpriseintegration (i.e. data, system, and process) in coordination with the concerned OBSUs; Manages the Data Warehouse by integrating operational data of the different programs and services of the Department; and presents information coming from the Data Warehouse using Business Intelligence, Geographic Information System (GIS) and other technologies for analysis, planning, and monitoring.
responsible for management, operation and maintenance of the Department’s data centers, back-endinfrastructures such as servers and storage facilities, and support systems including websites and email services.

Network and Technical Service Support Division (NTSSD)

responsible for planning, designing, and managing the Local Area Network and Wide Area Network of DSWD Offices namely DSWD Central Office, DSWD Field Offices, DSWD Centers and Institutions, DSWD Provincial SWADs, and Disaster Recovery Sites; Management of communications infrastructure/ services such as SMS gateways, Contact Center, Videoconferencing, and Email and provision of Application Support deployed applications.

Cybersecurity Group (CSG)

directs the development, installation and maintenance of information systems security controls to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and monitors compliance to InformationSecurity Management System (ISMS) (certifiable to ISO 2700I)

Office of the Director (OD)

manages the human resource, planning, procurement, budgeting, and properties and accountabilities related to the Service and the staff members.
