Pros of using this form:

  • Easier for the OD/Admin Team to track staff members' DTR, rather than scroll through chat messages on Staff-finder GC

  • Form Responses have timestamps

  • Fair if everyone from all divisions log their wfh time-in/out via this form

  • No more copy/paste on chat; Just log via Google Form with a few clicks and then Submit form responses

Cons:

  • Needs to be properly communicated to staff

  • Staff needs to get used to it, with proper implementation and guidance
